It also bears the makers mark of the jewelry firm of Uno A Erre, founded in Arezzo, Italy in 1926 (I've also seen this founding date listed as 1946?).
Although this info does not apply to your piece I'm including it for general background on the firm; sometime during the last quarter of the 20th C., Uno a Erre commissioned a number of sculptors and artists to produce jewelry designs for production. These included; Salvador Dali, Emilio Greco, Giacomo Manzu and Gio Pomodoro.
