I came across this 900 sterling bowl, and have not been able to identify the origin. As shown in the photo, it is labelled F. GUZMAN (with backwards N) 900, and in the very tiny mark there appears to be an eagle surrounded by a wreath, very similar to a US Quarter.
The piece appears to be handmade and features a squid design within the 'legs' of the bowl.
