60's necklace. Hungarian?

I have a necklace that looks Finnish but definitely isn't. It's handmade in a 60's style with what I think is dark amber. Lot's of room to put decent sized marks, but they chose to put tiny marks on the ring instead. I think the first one is a woman's head facing right. This mark is also on the pin that goes through the ring when you close it. The second mark is 10 (loth? but that's very low), and the last is NYI.

The woman's head could be that of Hungarian silver between 1937 and 1966, but that's for larger silver articles, and I don't think that applies to jewellery. http://www.nemesfemvizsgalo.hu/nehiti/index_e.html

Not at home with my references, but 1960s or later Poland comes to mind.

Thank you, Cheryl, I will look into that. They have a lot of amber in Poland, so it's very likely from that point of view, as well.
