Need help with Large 14 1/4" Ladle

This is a large old ladle. It is 14 1/4" long and has hallmarks on the back. I have attached some pictures for your review. Can you please help me identify the maker and the origin?
I am not sure if this is from Europe or from the US. I think this ladle is from the 1700s but not sure. Thank you for your help.

Hello.

Believe the mark with the stars is a 19th century Italian fineness mark for .800.
Can't help with the other marks.

The “globe & stars / 2” mark was used in the Napoleonic Kingdom of Italy and later the Kingdom of Lombardy—Venetia from 1810 until 1872, on large items of second standard (.800) silver. The “plough” was the symbol for the assay office in Milan. Finally, the circular maker’s mark — “GS” with a globus cruciger — was that of Giuseppe Sciomachen, working in Milan, 1836-1853.
