Antique Silver Plated Tea and Coffee Service Marked Ore?

Can anyone help ID this mark? This tea set came from a very wealthy family who owned mainly French antiques. The mark appears to say "Ore" with different numbers stamped on each piece.

Those are French silverplate marks.

Don't recognize the maker's mark.
Maybe a closer picture of it would enable someone else to identify it.

Thanks so much Pat! Unfortunatly, this is as close as I can get my camera to take a photo. It is a hard mark to read. I am happy to know that the marks are french however. Thank you very much!
