Sterling Locket Pendant - What and Whom Is It?

Locket about 1 1/2" round with an inside bowl about 1/4" deep. Mirror on the inside lid. Marked on edge of inside lid - Makers Mark - Sterling and 705. Mark is worn, but best description would be an & with a 3 attached.

What and Whom might it be?
