Unknown hallmark by probably Voss Brother

Here is hallmark on silver cup

It has capital letter V with crosing arrow and vertical BROS inside of V.
Also, number 84 is very interesting because , usualy Russina tzar's sterling bears 84 as purity mark

Probably by Boss Brothers but I'm not sure.
Unfortunately I didn't find any information on-line about Voss Brothers at all

"Bros" is an abbreviation for Brothers, so the mark reads "V Brothers".
