My Mom has a number of similar swan salts in her collection, this particular design usually has a 5-petalled flower on one wing and a rose on the other, they originally came with a matching rose design spoon. Find them most often marked with a simple "835", but they do also appear with the mark of German maker Albert Bodemer (ALBO), and have also seen them in silverplate. The dating would be from around the 1960s, give or take a few years either direction, and the color of the glass base would also fit right into that era. Suspect your date mark is the 1962 "g".
