Silverplated Mark - Candelabra "LW"

Hi you all!

I found a set of two of these Candelabra - tarnished and polished up like silverplate (black tarnish) and the only mark is "LW" on the side of the base. The bottom inserted stabilizer pieces are marked "Metall" - but I wonder about the tops. Any ideas most welcome!
