Please help me with this mark, silver dish, unknown country

Hello to everyone,
I have inherited this silver dish and I would like to know the age and the origin country, but I couldn´t find any information about the meaning of the marks. I would relly appreciate any clue. Hope that the pictures are significant. The marker´s mark should be a "B" (maybe also a "R") and a "H" and maybe two more letters.

The four letters on their own are EPNS which is for Electro plated nickel silver ... which establishes it as silver plated and not solid silver but I cannot make out the makers mark.

Hi Mike, thank you very much for your comment. I could decode the E and the S, but I didn´t know the acronym EPNS and the P and N are tough ones.
