The maker's mark is that of Simpson, Hall & Miller; I do not know the pattern name. I cannot make out the remaining marks, but it looks like the mark above the S in the shield (SH&M's mark) is a patent date, so if you could let us know what the remaining marks say (including the one on the handle of the spoon), it may help.

International (Simpson, Hall, Miller) Frontenac, introduced in 1903.
