Unknown maker 5 piece repousse tea set.

I'm pressing my luck by asking for a second identification--but here I go. I have an ornate floral repousse tea set-5 pieces with the mark as shown below. Rainwater's third edition 1996 says a similar (but not identical) Crown B mark is unascribed. I'm intrigued to know if a later edition has discovered the owner of this mark--or if some expert recognises this one. The pieces are also marked Sterling 925/1000. I'm sorry that I don't have a photo of the whole tea set.
