Mexican Silver Footed Bowl Signed but Who is it?

My first question here-and hoping everything is correct
5 inches across by 3 1/2 inches tall and weighs 335 grams/11.6 ounces.
What I think I see....
Line 1-unknown letters then MAM
line 2-Plata 925 sm
line 3-Hecho in Mexico
line 4-DF
And could this be a waste bowl from a tea set?
