earrings? with makers mark 2 arrows and a dot

Found these in a bag of silver jewelry today. Was curious as to if they were earrings and as to the makers mark. The makers mark is or appears to be like 2 arrows or sideways v's and a dot.
Any help on age/maker and if they or what they are appreciated also they are about 3 inches long
