B.S.C cant identify this mark! Help!!

Hello.

According to Dorothy Rainwater's book, two companies used that mark.

Bixby Silver Company, Providence Rhode Island (1896 - c.1909).

The Barbour Silver Company (became part of International Silver in 1898 ).
Barbour did produce sterling holloware up to 1931.
