I have a butter pick posted on the Patterns forum that is identical to your fork. I couldn't make out the hall mark on my piece until I saw your pic and now I am certain it is the same.

Only today, I came across a similar pattern piece in an antique store with the JB Knowles hallmark.

Note that JB Knowles was acquired by Mauser, then by Mt Vernon and ultimately by Gorham.

So far I have not been able to identify the pattern. The closest one is Apollo which may be found under Knowles and also Mt Vernon.
