silver or psuedo mark

Hi Just aquired 12 spoons either gold plated or they are gold coloured there is a mark on them which I have looked through the website with no luck if the mark is right I assume the 80 means its .800 silver but were from, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello.

The mark in the middle looks very similar to the mark of The Franklin Mint, Franklin Center, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1963.

Not sure about the other marks. Doubt the number 80 stands for .800 fineness.

Hope others have more information .
