wiskemann hallmarks

Hello,
some years ago I bought that nice 900 silver plate in Bruxelles,Belgium.First I thought the hallmarks could be swiss. But could not find any kind of swiss hallmarking in that way.
Now I bought a Wiskemann plated coffepot and was surprised to find that typicall hallmark: The cross in a shield with vertical stripes beside the name Wiskemann.
So could it be that this plate is a product of Wiskemann?

Hello, why should this not be a Wiskemann product ? Unless he just acted as a retailer ? By the way - Wiskemann had a Swiss branch. I believe that is why he used the Swiss cross in some of his marks. Best wishes, Bahner
