Help Please with Norwegian 830s makers mark 'V' ?

Hi,
Could anyone please help identify the makers mark ( & the dates they worked) on this vase?

The vase or cup is approx 4 5/8" tall, & the marks on the base are 830s & a V ? in script,

Helo, the V is not a maker's mark, but a Dutch tax mark for imported goods. The cup could also be German. Best wishes, Bahner
