Trying to identify Hallmark on Tea Set

Hello, I'm very new to this, I just received my first tea set from my Aunt, whose mother brought it over from Scotland. I think it is silver plate, but after looking extensively I cannot seem to identify the hallmark. Can anyone advise me?
