Silver Perfume Bottle 40s - Unknown Mark

This is a little perfume bottle about two inches high. I think the silver mark is perhaps German, but it might be Islamic??? because of the star?

Probably 40s.

Thank you so much for that, I think I only looked at the later marks - do you happen to know how long he manufactured for? I guess my bottle is older than I thought?
