Maybe someone has seen these marks before. The first is illegible to me, the second are the initials EP (Elias Pelletreau?), The third is a crown, and the fourth is illegible again, but distinctive detail. Thanks in advance

Hi Jonadebb-

This may not help but I see (?), RP, crescent moon and crown (Germany) and (?). Just my interpretation is all.

Regards- Byron

Looks like typical British silverplate marks to me, the letters being "EP". Also appears, on my monitor at least, to have considerable plating wear, exposing nickel silver base metal.
