Help with mark on Memphis souvenir spoon

Hi - Could anyone help identify this mark on a sterling souvenir spoon marked Memphis. Also has date of 1893. I am assuming it is American.

I wonder if that is a sideways "D" for the William B. Durgan Company. Check here:

I think you are right. It looks like Durgin's Watteau.
