Napkin ring mark

Postby Turtle » Thu Mar 27, 2008 10:03 am

I have 2 sterling silver napkin rings, rather different in style, with the same mark inside each. Can anyone identify this?

Thanks for this quick identification.
It does, indeed, look like the mark.
I'm a bit confused, though, because when I google on Schmitz Moore, all the other items I find are quite ornate Art Nouveau pieces, while these napkin rings are simple almost to the point of austerity.
Any insights?

They were in business for at least 10 years after the Art Nouveau style was out of fashion.

Regards, Tom
