Unknown 800 silver charm mark

I have a charm bracelet with some old charms and cannot find the makers mark anywhere. It is of European make I'm sure, but I can't ID it using this site at all. The figure is some kind of worker with a ladder. Let me know if you guys have an idea of what this one is. Thanks.

that's a chimney sweep - which was considered a figure for good luck at new year's. can't help with the mark.
