maker and engraver marks

Hello all,
I have this lovely French inkwell and I cannot find the maker nor the engraver. It has clearly the Minerva head and I apologize in advance for the poor quality of the maker's mark picture. It was really hard to shoot. it is a losange and in it you have an H then a kind of hexagonal shape and a M. The engraver's signature is better.
