I have a sterling silver spoon that I am unable to identify the makers mark. The spoon is beaded along the handle with some flowers. It is clearly marked 925 over 1000 then there is a funny little mark that has a circle with wings and an anchor hanging below them. I have looked everywhere and am now turning to the experts. The mark is so small i am not able to photograph.
