They mark is an "S" inside of an "A".

Fork maybe Plated with Gold - single mark AS (ligature)

Postby silverport » Mon Apr 19, 2010 9:50 pm

Hello

In between a lot of time has passed - but maybe it's furthermore interesting?

I guess that here shown fork is Plated only with a layer of gold.

Only one mark, which seems to be maker's mark, and not any more marks, is for products made from a gold alloy not usual.

Kind regards silverport
