Help me ID the Nationality of This Sterling Decanter

Got this decanter at an antique market. Marked ST sideways next to 925 and an XHADAD. Anyone know the nationality?

Hi Byron Mac. Thank you so much. Actually I was laughed at when I bought this at the antique market because everyone was saying it was mismarked silverplate listed as sterling.
