Sterling and Enamel Ring. Help Identify Please

I have seen this mark before but I cannot recall it or locate it. I have researched a lot tonight and I cannot locate. The ring has an enamel surface over sterling with painted pink and lilac roses green leaves, etc. Can anyone identify this mark, perhaps who the artisan is. Is there a way to date it or determine the origin based on this information? Thank you.

I can't see the details of the mark.
Could you describe it or post a clearer picture?

Pat.

That's the mark for Vargas - looks like a "V" over a rhombus or diamond shape.

Oh, should have given more detail - Vargas Manufacturing Co. of Providence, Rhode Island. Founded 1945, apparently ceased operations ca. 1980 (although I've seen some comments that state the company is still in business).
