Augsburg for sugar

I have this for picking up sugar. (sukker tang in Danish). Mark is Augsburg with a V. I have been told that V might be 1810 (or 1835 or 1860 but that 1810 is likely)
Makers mark include I as first or second letter - the other letter is B R or H cant see for sure.
Can anyone help me with more information?

Looks like 1810 with the maker Johann Michael Bettle (master 1752, died after 1795; Seling #2414). That seems a little odd to me though: could a master in 1752 still be working 58 years later?.

Hello, a maker's mark was sometimes used by the heirs, so it is possible that one can find it on pieces made after the maker's death. Best wishes, Bahner

Thanks for the responce. And the name.
When I bought it I knew that it was Augsburg but the fact that it was so old was a pleasent surprice.

In Denmark we are also very familiar with the situation where wife continues the business. In the book for many smiths it says died .... wife continued until ....
