SCATTERED DIAMONDS. Whilst a tray of diamonds was being examined at the premises of the Alexander Clark Manufacturing Company, Fenchurch-street, London, recently, the electric light went out, and the place was plunged in darkness. Someone jostled against the tray, and its contents, valued at £1,000, were scattered upon the floor. A search was made, and all the diamonds were recovered with the exception of one.
