William H. Platt, for many years in charge of the stock department in the factory of the Theodore W. Foster & Brother Co., Providence, died Oct. 8 aged 66 years. He recently received a 25-year gold membership medal in Mount Vernon Lodge of Masons. He is survived by his widow, a brother and three nephews.

Charles Foster, sales manager for Theodore W. Foster & Bros. Co., Providence, R. I., is visiting the company’s Pacific Coast agency, Koke, Slaudt & Co., Metropolitan building. He recently accompanied Secretary W. E. Russell, of the Los Angeles Company, to San Diego to look over trade conditions.
