A christening record has been traced in the St Paul, Covent Garden register of 1807 for 1 of the children of Noah and Sarah. A christening record in 1814 for another is at St John, Hampstead. 5 more christening records 1816-1829 are at St Anne, Soho all of these showing Noah as a jeweller at Wardour Street. The christening record for Elizabeth Marianne has not been found.
No trace has been found of Noah Goetze and most of his family in the 1841 UK Census for Wardour Street or anywhere else. 2 of his children with recorded ages of 15 years are at Wardour Street and seem to be living alone. Their real ages by reference to the christening records ought to be Lydia around 20 and James around 18 years and perhaps the elder daughter had been left in temporary charge.
Noah’s wife Sarah died in 1850. There is a burial record in the St James, St Pancras register dated 14th April 1850 showing her age as 62 years and her last address as Wardour Street.
The 1851 UK Census shows Noah at 8 Wardour Street with a daughter Esther aged 22 years and a servant.
An affidavit dated 22nd July 1851 by his son John Sebastian Francis Goetze to Noah Goetze’s Will attests the value of the estate as under £450.

This affidavit gives Noah's death date as 5 July 1851. In his will dated 14 April 1851, Noah Goetze identifies himself as Jeweller and Stationer of Number 5 Wardour Street in the Parish of Saint Anne's Westminster in the County of Middlesex.
