Help with date, Makers of this Danish sterling sugar caster

Hi
I recently found this sugar caster of danish sterling. But I can't find anything on the makers mark and the the date. Can anyone hlep with the maker an approx date?

Carl M Cohr, Fredericia, Denmark, 1860-1987.

Hi,
The center "V" mark is a Dutch tax mark used on foreign made silver.
