Norwegian Ladle - S. Johannessen

Does anyone know the maker and dates for this piece? Seems to me that I had a pattern name for this design too, but can't seem to come up with it now.....the brain cells are disintegrating rapidly. ;-) Thanks!

This is not an unusual patten in Norway. Several produced something like this. May be it could be Th. Olsen in Bergen.
S. Johannessen is Samson Andreas Johannessen in Bergen 1903-1929 and I suppose that he has sold it.
