Silver Jug, Country? Maker? Time?

This silver jug is clearly marked, but with for me unknown marks. Is there somebody on this forum who recognize the marks? Can tell me a little bit more about the maker and period? Thanks in advance!

An excellent answer from Aleks, but no name. Nice doing Aleks!
The maker CEK is Carl Ernst Kropp from the island of Saaremaa's town Arensburg/Kuressaare in Estonia, active there 1775-1794.
