Moscow 1825-29 ? assayed 1824 ?

PL says that townmark dates 1825-29 but the item was assayed in1824!? Maker AH is not known?

Interesting, but please note that the years related to the town marks show rather often approximate years (not always!). Anyway, Dubrovin is mentioned on p. 205 as #2104 but the punch is incorrect because it shows НЛ (Latin HL) instead of НД (Latin ND). The initials НЛ belongs to Nikolai Ljusinov, active in Jaroslavl. To my understanding Dubrovin was active in Moscow around 1822-1862, so problem detected here, or am I missing something?

Unfortunately AH is not known to name, or does anyone here know the name?
