Victor A. Picard, 78, sales representative for Gold Bros., Inc., New York jewelry manufacturers at 7 W. 45th St, died November 16th at Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville, N. Y. Born in Alabama, Mr. Picard was in the jewelry business for more than 50 years. In his 25 years’ association with Gold Bros., Mr. Picard served the firm in various capacities. His most recent position was sales representative in New York and along the Easter Seaboard to Florida. Prior to his association with Gold Bros., he was for many years in business for himself as a manufacturer of fine cloisonne dresser sets and cigarette boxes.
