Silver cup with hallmarks, Dutch

This silver cup is marked with 2 hallmarks. It is difficult to make nice photo of them, but hopefully the marks are recognizable.
Only marked on the bottom. Thanks for your help to find oud which time period it comes and who was the Silversmith.
