Help with reading a mark

I have a mid-century Persian bowl with a signature and number but I can only make out the number and not the stamping above it.
Does anyone know what the mark says?
And the significance of the "84", number in general, which i see on other Persian silver pieces online?

Looks like Reza رضا which is a common Iranian name
