Linguistically for ``hand made``, it is Norway. Between W and B could be a hammer.

Hello, the absence of halfmoon and crown, the addition of S (Silber/silver/sölv) and the addition of words like Germany, handmade and others like on this piece all point at a genuine German object made after WW II (in this case by BInder) and meant for export. Regards, Bahner
