Hello
You have a Paris 18th C fruit or dessert knife with a silver blade and what appears to be a mother-of-pearl handle.

There is a date letter mark (poinçon de jurande) of a crowned S for 1758, a charge mark of a harrow (une herse) and a discharge mark of a shell (une coquille), in use from 1756-1762. The crowned E is unknown to me, but its position stamped head-to-head with the charge mark suggests that it is a maker’s mark.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
