Need help identifying possibly German hallmarks

Hi, I got a pair of silver fruit knife and fork, and a single fruit knife. The pair of knife and fork has the usual crown and 800 marks, and the silversmith's mark looks like a flower, possibly tulip.But I could not find any matches in the plant themed hallmarks on silvercllection.it.

The other single fruit knife is marked "800", and its blade is marked "Solingen". So I assume it must be German. The maker's mark looks like "R Я ", but I could not find any matches as well.

Does anyone happen to know these marks? Thanks a lot!
