1700s silver cuff button

Hello everyone,
Found this silver button yesterday with a makers mark that I can't find. Any help would be appreciated. Half dime for scale.

It is a mark used in the Kingdom of Sardinia between 1824 and 1872 to mark small objects of fineness 800/000.
