East India-House, January 25, 1854.

The Court of Directors of the East India Company hereby give notice, that they have received Calcutta Gazettes containing notices that the undermentioned Insolvents have filed their Petitions in the Court for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors there, under the provisions of the 11th Victoria, cap. 21:

Petitions filed praying for Relief:

Thomas Black, of No. 3, Hare-street, in Calcutta, carrying on business as a Printer, Lithographer, and Bookseller, an Insolvent, filed 3rd November. Date of Gazette containing notice, November 19, 1853.

Thomas Black, and Charles McAfee, of No. 3, Hare-street, in Calcutta, carrying on business, in partnership together, as Jewellers, Watchmakers, Silversmiths, and Electro-platers, under the name and style of Twenty man and Company, Insolvents, filed 2nd November. Date of Gazette containing notice, November 19, 1853.
