Hi Aspasa,

Welcome to the forum. Your solid silver ornamental spoon has Dutch pseudo marks. For information about pseudo marks see:

Image
G pseudo year letter, HS in monogram (conjoined) pseudo maker's mark, M pseudo year letter. Silver fineness probably 833/000. Are there no other (small) marks, like a little sword mark?
For Dutch hallmarks see:

Ahhh. The H with one squiggly side! So that's what it is - HS psedudo maker.
Why would there be 2 pseudo (G & M) year letters?

Pseudo marks, in this case fantasy marks often do not make sense, and for most of us reasonable easy to recognize. Fake hallmarks are often not so easy to recognize.
The lengt, 19.05 cm, in proportion to its weight 63 gram or 3,3 gram/cm is an other indication the spoon is not made 17/18th century but much later.
Enjoy your silver spoon.
