Help with identification please

Help identifying the maker and where made of this spoon would be appreciated.[br]
I have posted the Hm as I.H but I suppose it could quite easily be H.I
It is 130mm long and weighs 12.4g.

:::: One other thing that often helps is to see the construction of the part on the reverse of the spoon where the handle is joined to the bowl ::::
