Does anyone have a clue what any of those Hallmarks could mean?

Hi, welcome to the forum. There is a Dutch hallmark, the lion passant above 2, standard mark silver .833. The other marks are pseudo marks. Perhaps the small mark is a maker's mark in rectangle with cut corners.
