Identity of this Czech maker please

I was hoping someone might be able to tell me the maker of this Czech silver mounted decanter as I'm not having any luck. The initials look like HB but i could be wrong about that.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

Hello. I am reading the maker's mark as JH upside down, but have not found any match in my literature.
